getting off wearing their clothes….getting off huffing and burying your face into their clothes so all you can think of is them when you’re making a mess of yourself…..
its ok if he doesnt like me, i just wanna hang out QvQ <3
Someone’s trying to get your attention!!
This is kinda unoriginal, but you write pennywise so accurately I need to see how you'd write him reacting to this. Okay so, imagine the normal scenario (reader doesn't fear pennywise and all that) but nothing romantic has really happened, and you wanted to get out there a little and meet new people, how would pennywise react if you started talking to a guy? Like hanging out with this dude and getting closer and closer to him. I just love the idea of it getting jealous but not knowing that's what it's feeling. It just feels an intense spit for this male your hanging out with and more than likely wants to eat him.
(Thank you so much! I find him very fun to write so I’m glad I portray him well! I also love the idea of jealousy on Pennywise so this is scrumptious)
“Thank you for this.” You smiled, looking over to the seat beside you. Tom looked back at you with a grin and his hands still on the wheel despite being stationary.
“It’s no problem, don’t mention it.”
“No, seriously.” You said, “You didn’thave to drive me back home. And pushing my motor repairs to the top of your list so that I can make my trip next week, I really appreciate it.”
He hummed with a small chuckle. “You’re more than welcome.”
You nodded, giving him one last smile before popping open the passenger door.
“Ah—hold on a second.”
You turned back to him, tipping your head.
“Would…would it be inappropriate for me to ask you to dinner…?”
You paused, feeling your heart threatening to skip a beat as a smile twitched in the corner of your lips. “was this all one big ulterior motive?”
“Nooo.” He said, “not entirely. If you say no, I won’t stop doing the things that I said. I just saw an opportunity.”
Your tried to suppress your smile. You hadn’t had much luck on the dating scene since moving to Derry. Hell, you hadn’t had much luck in your life and just when you were finally coming to terms with it, someone came out of the woodwork. You’d be lying if you said you hadn’t thought of Tom in that way, even if in a passing moment. He was handsome. He was tall. He was kind. He had a side sweep of dark brown hair and a big smile paired with the most gorgeous green eyes. Oh god. You were doing it again.
“Sure. I think I’d like that.” You smiled, hoping to god that your cheeks weren’t flushed.
“Really?” He grinned, “Okay, well…I’ll pick you up on Saturday? Say maybe, around 7pm?”
“It’s a date.” You nodded, smile only growing larger which you quickly tried to hide with getting out of the car. Closing the door, you leant over the open window. “See you on Saturday.”
He seemed so giddy, grinning from ear to ear as he started up the engine again. “See you then.”
As he pulled away, you couldn’t help but feel your heart pulsate in your chest as a nervous excitement bubbled in your belly. You had a date! What an earth were you going to wear?
You let yourself inside, locking the door behind you and eagerly threw down your bag. Hopping on one leg you pulled off your shoes one by one and carelessly discarded them onto the floor before rushing to your bedroom, almost slipping in all of your excitement. Yanking open the doors of your wardrobe you sifted through the hangers, huffing at each and every item. None of this would do!
“Your eagerness is sickening.”
You jumped, holding a shirt in your hands which nearly fell to the floor in your sudden scare. Turning around, you caught sight of Pennywise looming in the doorway to your room, shrouded in the darkness and hidden partially behind the doorframe as his height exceeded it.
“What?” You asked
“I can hear your heart. I can taste your excitement. It burns in your loins.”
“Ew. That’s disgusting.” You grimaced, turning back to your wardrobe and placing your shirt back on the rack. Maybe you’d need to go shopping
“I am going to eat that man.”
Your turned around again, narrowing your eyes. “Excuse me?”
“I am going to eat that man.” He repeated, plain and simple in exactly the same tone as before. “He’s weak willed and nervous. He’ll make a pleasant meal.”
“You will do no such thing!” You hissed, stepping your way over to him. “Tom is my friend, we had a deal!”
“Your deal doesn’t extend to him.” He murmured. “And he isn’t your friend.”
“No?!” You spat. “What is he then? A goat?!”
Pennywise narrowed his eyes, the golden glow only intensifying as he lingered in the shadows. “A suitor.”
You paused, taking the moment to totally take in what Pennywise said, cocking your head and looking to him with confusion. It was only in that moment that it clicked and pulled a giggle from your lips, one that the creature clearly didn’t find comical, evident by the way he growled at you as you pushed past him and headed out of your room.
“Do you think I jest?” He asked as he followed you. You didn’t have to look behind you or acknowledge it to know he was following. By now, you had memorised the sound of those bells and the worn heels of his shoes. “Men do not like to be friends. Men like control.”
You entered the kitchen, your laughter only growing louder as you turned. “Pot and kettles?”
He furrowed his eyebrows. “What about them..?”
“No. Pennywise it means—“ you tried, burying your face into your hands. “It means you’re being a hypocrite. Because you are exactly the same.”
He became stunted, thinking for a moment. You could tell because his eyes began spacing apart. “Still. I plan on eating him, rather immediately.”
You couldn’t help but bite your lip at it as you attempted to stifle your amusement. “Green is an ugly colour on you.”
He tipped his head again, looking down on himself before he returned to staring at you. “Have you injured yourself, little thing? I am not green, in any capacity.”
“Green with jealousy.” You affirmed.
He blinked, lips parting as if he wanted to speak and yet couldn’t, or wouldn’t. The bells hidden on his suit chimed as his body twitched to his disgust of such a statement, eyeing you with bright and burning yellow eyes. “I do not adhere to such dimwitted sentiments.”
“Ohhh…no no. I can definitely see it.” You toyed, tucking your hands behind your back and wandering around his frame as if you were circling a tree. “The eater of worlds. The ultimate god. My supposed worst nightmare wrapped up in satin. Jealous of a human man.”
He snarled, whipping his attention around to follow you as you strolled in circles around him. “Your attempt to vex me is futile.”
“Really? You seem pretty vexed to me.”
“Test me, little one. It won’t end in a friendly way.”
You grinned, stopping in front of him. “I never thought I’d see the day.”
He growled, flashing his sharpened teeth at you. You’d never seen him so worked up over something so trivial. You’d never thought he could have been upset about something so trivial, but somewhere inside you of you found the sight to be somewhat amusing. “I suppose this means that I don’t have your blessing?”
He snarled, baring his fangs for the second time. You could hardly suppress the smirk on your features as you turned away from him and grabbed a glass from the cupboard. “I didn’t know you cared about me so much.”
“I don’t” he uttered. Thought as you turned, you noticed the scowl in his painted brows and the way that his fists clenched at his side. As amusing as you found the sentiment of his jealousy, you also wondered what exactly was floating around that oversized head of his. Essentially, whether he planned to devour you or not, you were still his prey. You wondered how he would react if you were to actually go through with your date. The idea of him blowing a fuse and flailing in a jealous flounder made you feel a little giddy, which was probably fucked up, considering everything that he was capable of. Still, you weren’t certain enough that he wouldn’t make good on his threat and actually devour Tom if you were to go through with it. In this instance, curiosity really would kill the cat.

on the one hand, I kind of want to laugh (a little darkly) and brag that I only found out about TSC and TGR five months ago, and I’m still riding the emotional high, while everyone else has been waiting for the sequel for two years. and on the other hand, I’m quietly suffering over the fact that I went so long without knowing these stories even existed…
