Autodidact TIP - Relief for an over-used way of watching the painting & identifying mistakes and to do’s

As I don’t have any teacher to tell me how to improve my painting I thought that maybe trying to see it as I’ve never seen it before (INVERSE) would be a good way to identify differences and deficiencies ;) in order to realise by my own of what I probably should have to do to from now and on.

## Inverting colours in a collage image composed by the painting and the model + comparison may be a good way to get your eyes (and your sight) rest from “an over-used way of watching the painting” that you have kept all those previous days during you painting sessions. There are some useful mobile apps for doing photo collage…##

By now I have already identified some to do’s about atmosphere + value equilibrium and I’m also seeing that I should work over the wrong proportions in some areas of her face, but I’m happy enough with how it looks after the previous steps, nice progress, yeah…

I haven’t done so many portraits In my life, maybe this one is the seventh one or so, the third one with oils (the others ones, pencil) …and scaling is an increment of challenge level too
