Mineral nutrients play an important role in plant-disease interactions. Experiments were conducted under Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three replications to find out the influence of macro and micro-nutrients with relation to the citrus canker caused by Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri (Xac). Mixture of nutrients NPK (Compound) and B, Zn, Fe, Mg, Mn and Ca (Nutritop) were evaluated under greenhouse and field conditions. In greenhouse experiment, combination of both Nutritop and Compound expressed very low disease incidence (16.27) as compared to other Compound (25.72), Nutritop (31.55) alone as well as control consistently. Treatments and concentrations interaction exhibited 21.33 % disease incidence which was expressed through Compound @ 6000 mL/ha as compared to 5000 (26.50) as well as 4000 mL/ha (29.33) percent while 1000, 1200 and 1400 mL/ha Nutritop concentrations exhibited 35.50, 31.83 and 27.33 % disease incidence consistently. Under field conditions, very low disease incidence (19.50, 17.50 and 11.83) % was recorded when (Compound + Nutritop) was applied at the rate of 3000, 4000 and 5000 mL/ha consistently. Compound with the Nutritop showed less disease incidence (20.27) in comparison to Compound (29.72), Nutritop (35.55) as well as control consistently. Treatments and concentrations interaction expressed 25.33% disease incidence was exhibited by Compound at the rate of 6000 mL/ha as compared to 5000 (30.50) as well as 4000 mL/ha (33.33) % while 1000, 1200 and 1400 mL/ha Nutritop concentrations showed 39.50, 35.83 and 31.33% disease incidence consistently.
Citrus is an important fruit grown all over the world, but it is vulnerable to attack of Xanthomonas axonopodis pv. citri (Xac), causative agent of citrus canker. It is documented as most devastating disease leading to great economic losses by affecting overall fruit production in citrus. In contemporary study Xac was isolated from the infected plant samples which were collected from Bahawalpur by using nutrient agar medium. The bacterium was purified on nutrient agar medium by streaking method. Confirmation of Xac was done by its morphological, biochemical and cultural features. It showed positive result in KOH solubility test, starch hydrolysis test, casein hydrolysis, catalase test, and citrate utilization test while it expressed negative result in fluorescent pigmentation, Staining test, indole production and Kovac’s oxidase test. The bacterium colonies appeared as mucoid, convex, yellow to orange color on NA medium; flattened or slightly raised, bright to pale yellow color, mucoid colonies on YDCA medium. This study is helpful for researchers and scientist for accurate identification of Xac which is necessary for in-vitro evaluation of different chemicals to find out most affective chemical against canker disease in field.

My father serves as a profound source of inspiration, proving that anything is achievable with unwavering determination. He from tiny part of Puebla, Mexico, where, at the tender age of ten, he initiated his journey of hard work to support his mother and siblings. A relentless ambition has always driven him to chase his dreams relentlessly.
Regrettably, he couldn't complete his formal education, as most of his educators never foresaw his potential to become a successful construction manager and attain the heights he has reached today. At 18, he moved to Cancun, into a small apartment. He began his career at a car dealership before transitioning into the construction industry. Those years were hard, marked by financial struggles; some days, he subsisted on little more than a slice of bread with mayonnaise.
But he never gave up. He climbed the ladder from being a construction worker to managing hotel projects. And guess what? He eventually achieved his biggest dream - starting his own architecture firm.Now my father is one of the best-known architects in Cancun.During those challenging years, my sister and I came into the picture, and I've always seen him as my inspiration.
My father instilled in us the value of gratitude, emphasizing the importance of appreciating all that life offers, even during its most trying moments. He taught us to remain thankful, regardless of the circumstances, and his example inspires me to persist when life presents challenges.
