#x-files?

Also, also, it is, as I understand, a somewhat unpopular opinion, but I REALLY don't like the conspiracy episodes of the x-files. I prefer the "creature of the week" thing. Maybe I have just been let down by so many shows with intricate plots like this. Like I watched Alias for a number of years and was SOOOO pissed off with the lack of closure/killing of Michael Vartan's character (and let's be real his career too) that to this day I refuse to watch any other JJ Abrams series (and judging by people's reaction to the Lost finale, i made the right choice. Anyway, I am here for the relationship between Mulder and Scully (which in my mind was always platonic... I know that doesn't completely make sense with some of the later stuff, but give me a break, i was like 12, but clap you hands if you believe in strong intense male/female friendships in media where there is no sex involved) and the crazy new monsters/aliens. And also truth time I probs only watch Supernatural because it has some similar vibes and therefore reminds me of feeling like a big kid watching grown up t.v. with my older brother and sister (who, on a completely unrelated note are AWESOME).
