1- CROSS ARM STRETCH: Hold your elbow and pull your arm sideways. Wait for 5-6 seconds. Do it 5 times for each arm.
2- LEAN AGAINST THE WALL: Stand on your knees and put your arms against the wall. Push your body forward. Wait for 15-30 second in this position.
