i honestly think it's sad that taylor can't have the normal social media experience of liking a handful of posts on her dash without her dash getting spammed. like the only time she gets a normal social media experience is being on the outside looking in. i also feel like i've def disconnected from tumblr a lot since taylor first joined.
oof you make a really good point - i feel like she rarely gets to see what the fandom is like when she isn’t online, aside from when she initially logs on, before people notice that she’s online :// and that’s probably why she doesn’t notice many edits. i also feel more disconnected now, compared to before she was on tumblr, like i legit took a break from the fandom between 2014-2018 because it was just too tiring
