Well, time to share how much I wrote this year just like I did last year haha. It definitely wasn't as much as last year, but I honestly wrote more than I thought I was going to so huge W for me personally.

I had a yearly total of 62,496 words. The most words I wrote in one day was 3,707. Including only days I wrote, I wrote on average 710 words a day. But including days I didn't write, I wrote on average 275 words a day.

First things first, Big shoutout to @antimony-medusa for the template and idea! Secondly, I could not filter out psudeos for the overall stats, so that includes my webweaves in the numbers, but for the detailed section I made sure to keep to prose & poetry works.

Saying checking my stats page on Ao3 is one of my idle tasks none of this emotionally surprises me much, since i've gotten to see the numbers slowly climb through the year.
Regardless though, if I had to pick two things out of the batch it would be the User subscriptions, as the idea if so many people wanting to know When I post (even if just waiting for that one fandom I rarely write), is super wild to me. I'm also from a logical standpoint amazed at my wordcount, even with fic swap where I didn't do all the writing myself, as it's almost 2x what I wrote last year!!

This was a good week. I have 1515 words of first draft, around 75% of what I want to include in this chapter, to be finished and expanded in a second draft/editing phase. I'm excited and quite sure what is going to happen, the threat of deleting half of what I've written is very tiny (but always present :'>)

Can't believe my only June fic is also one of my only straight fics /silly. It's platonic Gemtho set in a Secret Life inspired Zombie Apoc, and it's very sweet when you ignore the bleakness of the plot!! Has genre standard warnings but none of them are gone into graphically.
