A constant dream, a street with two ends One side, light The other, none I take the superficial route The safe option, the easy I walk and walk but the world gets darker I turn around and- There is no light at all The dream again, a street with two ends I take the dark side this time Because life needs logic If it’s not one, it’s the other And as I walk, the world seems lighter but My body feels heavier. Trapped, I turn around and there is Nothing at all, not even me The final dream, not a dream at all A nightmare, no light, no dark A world without substance Nothing, just me in a kaleidoscope of imploding stars I walk thinking it will get better (is there a light at the end?) I thought I was getting better (is there any light at all?)
shitty poem I just wrote because I can’t move from my bed
