~The Moon~ 📷 Finally finished this illustration for Changeling Artist Collective for their exciting new tarot deck, The Woven Path Tarot. This is going to be a seriously amazing deck. The roster of artists is unbelievable! So glad to be in such talented company. Had a blast working on this (and tinkering on the finish for like, a month), and am pleased with the outcome. Will share more info on the project as it becomes available 📷

This is part of the zodiac cards for the Woven Path Tarot, a collaborative tarot deck inspired by medieval tapestries. The project will be kickstarted later this year. There are many wonderful artists participating, and I’m very happy to be part of it.

Hey. Sometimes, something just *does not work out* and the only solution is to scrap it and start over. It happens. Unfortunately the sizing on the Arches paper I was using on this artwork went bad. My watercolours just turned into a muddy mess after a couple of layers. I tried to make lemonade from those lemons, and fixed some mistakes on the new version - and went all out on the details, because why not! posted on Instagram - https://instagr.am/p/CMHyIwVgpTG/
