It's that time of year again! The annual Herders to Home Kickstarter has launched. They're selling sustainably produced Mongolian yarns: baby yak, baby camel, cashmere, and sheep; from brushing the fiber off the animals to spinning, dyeing, and winding it into skeins, it's all done in Mongolia by local cooperatives.
Jon Hetts, of Ula+Lia, has been running this Kickstarter for nine years, and this is my sixth year as a backer, so I can vouch for his reliability. This link to the Kickstarter page has all the information. Check it out:
