Now that I have a fic that's gotten 1k kudos, I think I've reached my magnum opus and can retire to the "where did they disappear" status as an ao3 writer

9/10, wish I could've made it to 1k words but I couldn't find a way to describe spine cracking in more words without laughing till tears. Got to tag: crack with back cracking.

The cassette instead of VHS REALLY isn't a big deal. Please don't feel bad! My little corner of Tumblr (including me) is full of older autistic folk who like gently informing people about inaccuracies. I was hoping by mentioning it in my reblog we could laugh about being old together and not need to bother you about something that doesn't actually matter. It's funny to me because I've never thought of them as the same thing - one is small and for music, the other large and for video, they're played in very different machines - but this fic helped me recognize how similar they are!
Thank you, thank you, but seriously I don't really feel that bad. I understand I made a mistake bc I am not really informed in that area, it's just not my personal interest and it's normal :>

Heres a unique problem:
A digital comic being freely available on a large service, and said service not being available in your country,,, creates a paradox where every sorce online is just saying to go to said service, and pirating options are limited to none because of the comic being freely available. How fun! :D
I did try a VPN... The fucking service detected I have one on and told me it doesn't function with a VPN on. Fuck me I guess.
