My morning #bible reading at the moment is 1 Samuel and had to share a part of chapter 12:20-25. This is King Samuel talking to his people #theisraelites - They were asking for a human king to lead them 🤴 Then were reminded who their #trueking☝ was and to #neverforget - unfortunately, history tells us they did forget and went back to worshipping idols #worldlythings time and time again - that's when things didn't go well for them #evendeath😔 I feel this speaks to us as a people today.
