There has been a lot of speculation, but no real answers. 

    It's been quite tough to get a full picture of the 'Windsor Hum' story when all the big companies/governments will not talk to you about what they do. The result can lead to conspiracies as bizarre as HAARP, and who knows what else. I think that they prefer that, because they want diversions. They do not want you to know anything, for whatever reason.  Private companies have so much power these days that no one really knows what any of those companies are up to. Should we know what they are up to? Can we trust the EPA, NRCAN, Environment Canada, etc to watch out for the public? I am not sure if the trust in those governmental organizations applies anymore. There seems to be a disconnect between industry-government-people. This lack of communication automatically makes you think they are all hiding something. True documentary should be unbiased, and we should have both sides of the story....but it's tough in this time we live in. Regardless, we trudge on with the Windsor Hum searching for the real truth.
