Molten iron
The editing of the film is in full force right now, and it's almost done. The next step is the sound and music.
Backstory: Delray is the community directly behind Zug Island on the Detroit River. It's a neighbourhood of Detroit. The city has neglected the community for...
The Windsor Hum continues (2017) UPDATE: The doc is still in progress, but getting closer to being done. The lack of access, and secrecy has made it very hard...yet not impossible to make.
Do Americans hear the Windsor Hum?

Media attention is back on the Windsor Hum
It’s good to see that the media is back reporting the hum. What the people of Windsor really need is to have the ‘source’ pinpointed so they can actually do something about it. This involves doing another scientific study, but it has to be on the American side.
Lee discusses the Windsor Hum - It’s been going on for 6 years! Two tests and it’s still unsolved.
We all hear differently due to individual variability. The Windsor hum may affect one person and not the other.
The media keeps reporting that it is ‘back’, but it’s ALWAYS there...ever persistent. However, it comes in varying intensities, and shows up in different locations throughout the year. I can see how the media perceives this as a sound that comes ‘back’, but in reality that is not the case.
Low frequency sound is very misunderstood. There is typically a lot of ridicule when it comes to people being bothered by low frequency sound. In the case of the Windsor Hum, even after two tests proved that it existed, people were still skeptical! The truth is that some people can’t hear this ‘hum’ because they are not sensitive to low frequency sounds, but this doesn’t mean that it’s not affecting them.
If the ‘hum’ sounded like nails dragging along a chalkboard, then it would be something most people would be able to relate to, but this sound is so low that it’s not only being heard, it’s being felt.

Take note that the first study [NRCAN] indicated the sound was coming from the south side of Zug Island [and in that general vicinity].
Oddly enough....“We note that much of the location box plots over water...” The purpose of the second study was to pinpoint the source of the hum, but that second study failed to scientifically find an exact source.
There has been a lot of speculation, but no real answers.
Editing!
The Zug Island: The Story of the Windsor Hum is being edited right now. No exact date on when it will be finished. It’s a slow and arduous process, but I am aiming to have the film completed by 2016 ! Once the edit comes together I’ll be releasing a new trailer. Stay tuned

Take a look at the behind the scenes for the miniature making...
https://instagram.com/zugislanddocumentary
For the first time Canadian officials have met with the Mayor of River Rouge, Mich., and the manufacturer U.S. Steel, about the mysterious Windsor Hum.
They (the governments) have been saying the same things for four years. Nothing much has been done, so much for helping the people. The documentary is going to expose the Zuggites What are they hiding? What is the big secret? Find out by watching the documentary when it comes out.
Our documentary filming has been completed
We are now in the post production phase of the film, and we have completed all of the filming for the documentary. The only elements remaining are the miniatures, which are going to take quite a while to complete.
Stay tuned for ongoing information about the Windsor Hum!
The never ending circle of Zug...
It appears that the Windsor Hum story has revolved all the way back around to where it was two years ago. The study that was just done and completed (Jan 2014) was suppose to 'pinpoint' the hum. That was the whole reason for the last study.
I would question the government(s). Why even do the study if you can't get access to the island? It's obvious to me this is the biggest hold up in determining the true source. There will be more speculations, and theories I am sure.

This was an off chance happening - an ice cream truck in Delray park next to Zug. C’mon kids…c’mon on down to Zug and get your ice cream.
We came across the sound of the ‘Windsor Hum’ in full force one June morning in Lasalle. Karen lives about 3.5 miles from Zug Island, in a beautiful picturesque neighbourhood. How can anyone enjoy their life when they have to listen to this?
