I hope this isn't too weird to ask lol but do you have a workout routine?
Mm nope but I have an OCD ritual where I end up doing like 60+ push ups over the course of the day and throw in some little exercises if I’m bored some days but no I don’t really have anything formal like I used to
I went out for a run and like it was ok, apparently I ran for 7/10 minutes. Worst but best part was crying afterwards cause my boyfriend told me he was proud of me
The way that I need to go do my miles because I didn’t do them yesterday but I’m too lazy and sad(Tm) to get up is homophobic.

I'm slowly starting to build working out back into my daily routine after my long break from it and let me tell you: I'm having so much fun (It's also really nice to be eating like I care about my body and mind)
Sorry if you answered this before but I do genuinley want to know if you workout or if your entire shoulder/back situation is just a blessing from the trans gods, I want to know if theres any hope for me to balance out my hourglass figure with some cool as hell shoulders. I mean I probably just have to wait for more fat redistribution to kick in but after 15 months Im getting impatient
I guess I’ve just been blessed with a narrow pelvis and wider shoulders :’) My skeletal frame is what allots for my hips to be slim by comparison. I suppose I exercise moderately at home with no equipment other than a couple dumbbells, but for a time I had a gym membership which I dumped because almost $1000 a year was not worth it at all for something I could be doing at home. I also worked freight at my last job which was a lot of lifting. Other than that I just.... eat in ways that work well with my body and let T do it’s thing!
I’m almost 4 years on T now and I think I noticed the bulk of my body shifting just around the 2 year mark, so it sounds like you’re close to that point! But still, everyone is different, and how much your body shifts and when it does is up to your body, as much as I wish I had a definitive answer for you :’)
