Fluff!! Parental Wolfstar x Gender Neutral reader/ Harry Potter Sibling Relationship
Remus and Sirius adopted you when you were a tween. They wanted to have a kid without having to deal with all that "baby stuff".
When you turn eleven you get your letter from Hogwarts and they can't be any happier. Not only that, but it turns out that you're in the same year as Harry.
Remus and Sirius have grown from their old ways of teasing the Slytherins and won't care what house you're in. Although, they will get very excited if you are in Gryffindor, and Remus will secretly be extremely happy if you're in Ravenclaw.
If your in Slytherin... They'll initially be shocked, but they really wouldn't be upset at all. Sirius sees you as a "mini Reggie" and cries over this at least once a month. It makes him so much more protective of you. Remus will be very understanding with you and never mentions you being placed in Slytherin. Just know they still love you so so much.
If your in Gryffindor... They will go crazy. Your literally a next generation marauder! They probably threw a party to celebrate. And the fact that Harry is a Gryffindor too? Sirius expects the two of you to become best friends and be the "new marauders" (you and Harry will probably end up becoming friends anyways). They're both just so happy!
If your in Hufflepuff... They'll get so excited. They love all your Hufflepuff friends! They genuinely think that You being in Hufflepuff is what's best for you. They just know you'll be so happy with all the other Hufflepuffs. Although beware, because they may tease you a little.
If your in Ravenclaw... They will be so proud of you! Remus is so happy your a Ravenclaw. He initially wanted to be in Ravenclaw and he's just so happy you get to be. Sirius still thinks that Ravenclaw is the "smart house", but you're the smartest person he knows, so... I guess it works out?
Saturday nights three of you have "family time dinner". You all eat a nice meal at the table and then watch movies together or go out and do something fun.
They like to meet your friends and will let them come over often.
In third year Harry finds out that Sirius is his godfather. Things change a lot then. Sirius feels guilty for not allowing Harry to come live with him sooner, but he honestly thought Harry would be better off with the Dursleys. Sirius gives Harry the option to move in with him, and Harry accepts.
The two of you slowly build up a sibling-like relationship, and soon enough the two of you are inseparable.
Your happy family of three is now a happy family of four. And you couldn't be any happier about it. Now, when your dads are busy working during the summer, you and Harry can go out and have fun.
The two of you often get into mischief, running about Diagon Alley. Your dads are just so happy that they get to raise two mini-marauders.
Summary: Nicholas Lupin-Black and Remus Lupin head to Diagon Alley to get Nicholas' school supplies for his first year at Hogwarts. However, as September 1st gets closer, Nicholas gets more nervous about going.
It was the middle of August, the summer had felt like it had just begun, but the looming fact that autumn was slowly approaching was preventing the young boy from really enjoying the last few weeks of the summer months.
ย ย ย However, he supposed, with September 1st making its way, he could find some joy in starting his first year at Hogwarts school of Witchcraft and Wizardry. He had heard the tales of all sorts of Wizards attending Hogwarts, including his Father - Remus Lupin - who had said thatย 'Hogwarts was one of the best times of his life', and who was this young boy to argue with the word of his Father?
With all the excitement that came with finally starting Hogwarts, came with some doubts and fears, though. For this young boy, just like his Father, was cursed with the condition of Lycanthropy. In other words, he was a Werewolf. So, as much as Hogwarts seemed exciting and wonderful to go to, he was much more focused on what he was going to have to do every blasted full moon, and what lies he would have to spin just to get away with disappearing.
His Father tried his best to reassure the boy, since he was fine when he attended Hogwarts. And, sure, he thought his Father was correct in this statement, it didn't ease his mind as September 1st drew nearer and nearer.
ย ย ย One morning, where the sun was gleaming outside despite the relatively early hours, the boy sat in the kitchen with his Father as they ate their breakfast. It was nothing grand, especially not in comparison to what some Wizards and Witches were able to have, but the two made due with what they could get.
"We should go to Diagon Alley today," The light brown haired man decided once he had finished eating a slice of his toast, his plate less filled than the boy in front of him. "You need to get your wand, Nicholas."
Nicholas, having had the question stir in his mind for days now, quickly blurted out. "Is it a good idea if I go to Hogwarts?"
There was a moment of silence, Remus' gaze lingered for a few seconds on Nicholas' while he tried to figure out what best to say to his son.
"Where is this coming from?" Was all he asked, since he hadn't heard much protest from his son about actually going to Hogwarts, only anxieties on the matter. "I thought you were excited?"
Nicholas was quick to respond, not wanting his Father to think that he wasn't at all excited about attending Wizarding school. "I was... I-I am, believe me! But with everything-"
"-But with everything, Dumbledore has ensured that you will be perfectly okay going." Remus reassured with a small nod, looking over at the young boy opposite him. "I went to Hogwarts too, you know, and I was okay."
"But that's different." Nicholas swiftly spoke, his blue eyes left to drift down to the table.
Remus' head tilted ever so slightly, as if to keep Nicholas' face in his view. "How so?"
"You..." Nicholas trailed off for a moment, he had learnt over the years that his Father's friends had been a touchy subject, but he never knew the whole reason as to why. "...had people there."
"That is true, yes," The scarred man said with a little nod of his head, "But I met my friends at school, as will you, and you'll have the professors there to help."
The boy let out a little sigh, nodding his head as if he was accepting defeat. His worries were easily beaten by Remus' reassurance. "If you say so..."
"I do say so." Remus smiled, starting to gather his dishes onto one plate, motioning for Nicholas' empty plate. "Now, off you go, get ready. The sooner we get this done, the sooner we can do whatever we want for the rest of the day."

ย ย ย Diagon Alley was a busy place with shops lining up on both sides of the main path, dozens of wizards and witches alike walking around, coming in and out of the various places. There was a book shop, a shop of Quidditch supplies, Ollivanders (of course) and so many others that Nicholas wanted to go in all of them and see what was inside.
Nicholas, while looking around at all the interesting items put up for show in the windows of said shops, was finally pulled to attention to his Father's words. He seemed to have been talking to Nicholas (or rather himself since the boy wasn't exactly paying attention) about what they were going to do.
ย ย ย "We'll head to Ollivanders first," He spoke, looking around the shops as well, before his head tilted over to look at Nicholas. "Then we'll get your robes, and your school supplies."
While Nicholas was looking around, he didn't notice as his Father stopped walking and remained in front of a shop, Ollivanders. The brunette was about to keep walking, but soon noticed that the presence beside him was no longer there, so he turned his head around. It only took Nicholas a few long strikes to meet back up to where his father was standing, but the man before him only laughed and patted his shoulder gently.
Remus led on first, pushing the dark, wooden door open and walking in. He paused for a moment while he was indoors, keeping the door wide so that the younger one could walk through.
"Well, hello there." Called a voice, causing Nicholas to swivel his head around to find the source of said voice.
Nicholas was soon able to set his gaze upon an old-looking man, who had wild grey hair. He had been standing up high on the ladder in the shop, just right to the end, almost hidden away in the shadows. Though, it wasn't long before Ollivander came down the ladder and made his way over to the counter so that he could properly see Remus and Nicholas.
Remus gave the grey-haired man a little nod, "Hello, Ollivander."
Ollivander came strolling over to the counter, his hands resting on the counter as he looked between Remus and Nicholas. "Remus Lupin! I remember getting you your first wand, and who is this you've brought with you?"
"I'm Nicholas. Nicholas Lupin-Black." The brunette responded, looking up at the counter in front of him so that he could meet the gaze of Ollivander.
"Black?" Ollivander repeated, his eyes widening as he looked down at the young boy, clearly trying to see any sort of similarities between him and none other than Sirius Black.
The three of them fell into an awkward silence, Nicholas looking up at his Dad for any type of sign that this strange, nerve-wrecking silence wasn't going to last forever, that Remus was going to be able to hurry the conversation along. Though Remus was stuck looking straight ahead at Ollivander, like he was expecting some off-hand comment, something he was prepared to shut down immediately. However, nothing was said.
Ollivander, instead, ended up casting his gaze to the side of Nicholas and Remus, up on one of the high shelves that held the many wands. The shopkeeper wasted no time in slipping out from behind the counter and making his way over to whatever wand he saw. He reached up, pulling his sleeve further away from his hand, and grabbing one of the many boxes that were all over the shop, stacked to the brim on the shelves.
He then walked back over to Nicholas, holding out the dark brown box to him, "Try this one."
Nicholas looked nervous over at Remus, who gave him a small, encouraging nod, then he looked back down at the wand. He held it up and gave it a quick go, swinging his wrist lightly so that it went in a circular motion. However, unfortunately, in front of you a glass case exploded, causing the water and flowers inside to burst out of its confines and splatter all over the floor.
He gasped, dropping the wand onto the counter in front of him and staggered backwards, as if he was afraid that - from being near the wand alone - something else would explode near him.
"No, no, definitely not." Ollivander quickly said, taking the wand off of the counter and back into the box.
Nicholas glanced over to Remus again, a bewildered look on his face, but his Dad only had a little smile on his. "Don't worry about it, Nick, it happens a lot."
When the boy turned around again, Ollivander was off finding a new wand to try. He had gone back behind the counter, climbing on the ladder he was on when Remus and Nicholas walked in, leaning up to grab another box.
He looked down at it, thinking for a few seconds, before nodding to himself and climbing back down the ladder again before making his way back over to the other two.
"Now, how about this one?" He tried, opening the wand box and handing the wand carefully to Nicholas.
Nicholas took the wand reluctantly, worried that the same outcome as the last wand would happen again. Although, this time, when he gave it a little swivel, it started to glow. For a moment, Nicholas wondered if something bad was going to happen again, but said moment never came.
Remus smiled down at the young boy, patting his shoulder gently. "Well, it looks like you found your wand."
Nicholas looked up at Remus in return, letting out a little laugh, proud that he was able to finally get his wand. He'd been waiting for a while now.
Remus then turned to Ollivander, "Thank you, Ollivander, we appreciate it."
Once Remus paid for Nicholas' wand, the two continued to go off around Diagon. They went from shop to shop, getting everything Nicholas needed for school. At one point, once Nicholas' eye was captivated by the items in the window, Remus and he poked their heads into Quality Quidditch Supplies.

ย ย ย September 1st rolled around quickly, and Nicholas was swift to pack up any of his belongings that he needed for the term at Hogwarts - with the help of his dear old Dad, of course - so the two of them had spent the morning packing up Nicholas's trunks.
Nicholas' worry to attend Hogwarts did not cease as the date came closer, in fact, it only increased. He didn't bring it up often, not wanting to make it seem that he didn't want to attend Hogwarts at all. Although, Remus was able to give Nicholas the reassurance (as much as Nicholas would bring it up).
The time arrived when Remus and Nicholas had to head to King's Cross Station, but as Nicholas looked down the station, he soon realised that there was no such thing as platform 9 ยพ. There was a platform 9 and a platform 10, but there was nothing in between the two.
Nicholas looked up at Remus, eyes narrowing in confusion, "Wait, Da, there's no such thing as Platform 9 ยพ."
"Yes, there is." Remus said with a grin on his face, a hand motioning to the wall in front of him, "It's through the wall."
"What?!" Nicholas said exasperated huff, before he tutted and simply shook his head slowly. "You're just trying to get me to run into the wall."
The brunette man laughed out, insisting shortly after. "No, I'm not."
"Runย intoย a wall?" The young boy questioned, looking up to stare at his Father with an unconvinced expression, "That's silly."
"No, I'm saying runย throughย the wall. There's a difference." Remus corrected, he seemed to be taking a lot of joy in his son's disbelief of what he was saying.
Nicholas wasn't having it, though. He simply stared up at his Father, he was going to argue further, convinced that Remus was just trying to get him to run into the wall and, therefore, look like an absolute fool.
However, just as the two were going to continue their back and forth, a family of six walked past, all with the same fiery red hair. There was a woman, no doubt their mother, who had curly, red hair that went past her shoulders. Then there was a tall boy, much taller than the woman, who seemed to be the eldest, his hair matching his mothers in length, but it seemed to be straighter than hers. Another boy who was slightly shorter than the first boy, but still taller than the woman and the third boy. The third boy was lanky, short curly red hair instead of it being longer like the two other boys. Then there were twins, both who seemed to be the youngest, and seemed to be around the same age as Nicholas.
"You don't believe me?" Remus asked, nudging Nicholas gently, "Watch them, they're about to do the exact same thing."
"You first, Bill." The woman said, extending her arm to indicate for the eldest to go ahead through the wall.
The eldest, Bill, with his trolley in front of him, got a run up about a foot away from the wall. Nicholas half expected the redhead to crash into the bricked wall, but, alas, he simply disappeared.
Nicholas' eyes widened, mostly because he was so certain that his Dad was playing with him when he was told to run into the wall, sharing a quick glance with Remus. Once the young boy looked back, he was able to see the second boy run through and the third lining up just behind him to go afterwards.
"So.." Nicholas said slowly, looking back up at Remus. "You were right, then."
Remus laughed, patting Nicholas on the shoulder before giving him an encouraging nudge. "Let's go, then."
By the time the two walked over the wall, the large family of redheads had all gone through the wall to, assumingly, platform 9 ยพ. Remus was right beside Nicholas as they walked up to the wall, his hand moving to the younger boy's back to ease his nerves. With a little nudge from Remus, Nicholas soon started jogging towards the wall, with his Dad close by his side.
Nicholas, despite having seen the family go for previously, still brace himself for the impact of the wall. However, it never came. Instead, he opened his eyes to see none other than Platform 9 ยพ, with the Hogwarts Express already by the station, waiting to leave for Hogwarts.
"Woah." The boy breathed out, looking over the place. "This is awesome."
Remus only looked at Nicholas with a grin on his face, watching as he took in the sight around him. Sure, Nicholas was always aware of the Wizarding World, but he was still very easily amazed.
Remus motioned with his hand for Nicholas to go forwards. "Come on, before all the good seats go and you can't find one."
The two managed to take only a few steps, before Nicholas grew hesitant once more and stopped in his tracks, shaking his head when Remus looked behind him with a puzzled look.
"Nick?" he questioned, swivelling around so that he could face Nicholas again.
"Da, I... I don't want to go anymore," He said quickly looking up at Remus with almost teary eyes. "I'm going to miss you."
The man before him only sighed gently, crouching down in front of Nicholas so that they were level. "I know, cub, but you're going to be okay, we've talked about this."
"I know we have," The boy huffed, looking away for a moment, "But what if I'm not? What if I make no friends? What if people find ou-"
"-Just remember what I told you." Remus cut Nicholas off, stopping his nervous ramble and the inevitable spiral he was going to send himself into. "And remember that the professors are there to help. And how would you not make friends? The others there are going to love you, you have nothing to be worried about."
However, Nicholas only fell silent, his worries not entirely quelled, but he was, ultimately, not as nervous with his Father's reassurance.
"Besides," Remus continued. "You can always write to me, and I'l make sure to write back as quickly as possible, okay?"
Nicholas soon sighed and nodded slowly. "Okay..."ย
Remus was quick to bring his son into a tight hug, resting his chin on top of Nicholas' head. Even Remus couldn't lie to himself, he was worried for Nicholas going to Hogwarts, however, he kept that to himself since there was little reason to make Nicholas worry even further than he had been these past couple of weeks.
"Right, come on." Remus urged, placing his hands on both of Nicholas' shoulders, looking him in the eyes. "You really will struggle to find a seat if we don't head over now."
"I have to go now, like.. Right now?" Nicholas said quickly.
"Well, yes. The train will leave soon." Remus said with a sympathetic smile, slowly rising back to his feet. "You're going to be absolutely fine, okay?"
Nicholas, once again, simply nodded to the question, prompting Remus to speak again. "Are you ready to go?"
"Yeah." Nicholas spoke quietly, nodding slowly along when he spoke.
Reluctantly, Nicholas got onto the train, leaving his trunks in the luggage compartment and moving to find a seat. He had given Remus a quick wave before he completely disappeared into the train, tears in his eyes that he swiftly tried to blink away so his Dad wouldn't see him crying when he couldn't go straight to comfort him.
The train had shortly started moving once Nicholas was on board, meaning he had to go and find someplace to sit. However, just like Remus had warned, Nicholas was struggling to find someplace to sit. It wasn't like he wanted to sit on his own, but he didn't know anyone who was going to Hogwarts, and he hadn't exactly planned on sitting with strangers.
He eventually poked his head into a compartment, seeing the same redheaded twins that he saw going through the wall. "Hi, sorry... Can I sit with you two?"
The two boys looked between each other, before both their eyes settled onto Nicholas. "Yeah, alright."
"Yeah, we don't mind." The other boy said with a little nod.
With the confirmation that he could sit with the two boys, Nicholas moved inside of the train compartment, sitting down opposite the boys.
"I'm George Weasley." One said.
Then the other spoke up, "And I'm Fred."
"I'm Nicholas Lupin-Black." Nicholas said with a little smile, but it soon faltered as he saw Fred and George glance over at each other again.
"Wait," George said slowly, looking back at Nicholas, "Black? Like Sirius Black?"
The brunette nervously nodded slowly. "Oh, ah.. Yeah."ย
"Wicked." Fred said with a drawn out word, his lips pulling up into a grin.
George then spoke up again, staring intently at Nicholas with curiosity burning in his eyes. "Do you know Sirius Black then?"
"Kinda..." Nicholas said quietly, earning a confused look from the twins. "He's my Dad, but I was really little when... well, y'know."
"Woah..." Fred breathed out, as if his mind had been completely blown. "So you're, like, properly related to Sirius Black."
There was a small moment of silence, but Nicholas was quick to speak once more. "Hey, if you don't mind, can I stick with you two? I don't know anyone here."
Nicholas Lupin-Black and Remus Lupin head to Diagon Alley to get Nicholas' school supplies for his first year at Hogwarts. However, as September 1st gets closer, Nicholas gets more nervous about going.
