Family arts, part 3/?

decided to take a crack at my own contest and redraw one of my favorite moments from Escaping Peril! Here's the graphic novel page I took inspiration from:

I’ve draw Flame already so I focused on sketching out Ruby/Tourmaline this time around.

Because Ruby was enchanted to not be as strong as Tourmaline was she doesn’t have as much muscle definition despite early training. Rip to muscled women but it make sense for the specific purpose of the enchantment. Other than that, a major part of Ruby’s design in both bpversions of her is silver jewelry. I think it’d be interesting if she had opposite tastes in accessories than her mother, favoring silver over gold. Admittedly, the silver looks more at home on Ruby’s scales than it did Tourmaline so I may have to tweak the metal shade.
