I think I need to retest my one rep max. Most Excellent Workout
Had a good one today filled with action and thrills! Warm-Up : 500 m rowing - 15 push-ups - 15 sit-ups - 15 air squats; stretching and repeat. Power work: some warm-up and the 8x3x325lbs...walking 80 meters between sets Sumo Deadlift High Pulls 2x15x115lbs mixed with 2x15 Burpees, with push-up and jump at end... Cool-down Very very good workout! My body hit a small wall...excellent pain!

Friday is SQUAT Day!!!
Solid workout today, with expectations of muscle pain tomorrow!! Squats 335 x 32 reps in 12 minutes Break long enough to change weights Deadlifts 315 x 30 reps in 12 minutes 50 weighted crunches Assorted accessory work (50 reps) Mobility and light yoga Very cool workout which pounded muscle and lungs! Very Cool!

For Time: 20 Thursters (65#) 20 SDLHP w/ kettlebell 20 Push Press 20 OHS 20 Front Squat Start the WOD with 4 burpees, then during the workout, perform 4 burpees EMOM until completed.
Holy Hell, this looks ridiculous. I'm probably gonna die.. Also, today is the first day of the nutrition challenge, and I haven't slipped up, even with going through the "yummy" parts of the grocery store for my boo! I'm getting my measurements taken after the WOD today, so I'll post those on my stats page tonight :)
