A Computer Generated Dungeon, supplement for Tunnels & Trolls, Flying Buffalo, 1977; later retitled A Computer Generated Solitaire Dungeon. I believe each copy is uniquely randomized, generated and printed individually. The interior pages were printed single-sided on tractor feed paper.
