DIY Apothecary Labels
I’ve been gathering up a few basic herbs to start up my magical collection and wanted to make some labels for my jars so that I wouldn’t confuse myself. These are really simple and easy to make and you can design your own labels too. I used Canva to make my own labels. It’s free and pretty easy to use.
You will need:
- printer & normal printing paper - coffee (preferably dark roast) - paint brush - hair drier - double sided tape or glue
// Directions //
First, print out your labels and cut them out so that they fit on your jars. Put them down onto a waterproof surface, like parchment paper or a plate. Brew some coffee and have it ready in a cup with a paint brush in hand. Apply a light coat of coffee, so that the paper is fully coated but not soaking. Dry with a hair drier until completely dry. Apply a second coat, however this time you want to be a bit more sporadic about how you apply the coffee.Don’t apply coffee over the whole label this time. Apply little drips here and there to give it a more rustic look. Dry again until it is completely dry. At this point it will look pretty wavy. Lay some heavy books over them for a couple hours to flatten them out. If you like the wavy look, feel free to keep it that way! With your flattened (or wavy labels) apply double sided tape or glue on the back and place them onto your jars. Tada! Now you have pretty, rustic looking apothecary jars for your herbs and spices ^_^

🌙 Cabinet glow-up! ✨ I took a plain old bathroom cabinet and upcycled it into a witchy storage piece with sanding, paint, and a little magic. Perfect for holding tools, crystals, or craft supplies. See the full transformation on my YouTube https://youtu.be/0M-u53f0OvQ?si=4jsDfIWJjUZCUbDI
The perfect Witches "New Years" 5 ingredient tea blend. Full of financial gain, success, and self-love. Im very proud of this blend. And of course everything to make it is on the inexpensive side and pretty easy to find ingredients. I have mostly been drinking tea...and painting on cups in a Rae Dunn style.
