Slow and steady progress on my Witches Cottage. @cutting_nib worked hard over Yule time to get soffit installed. This was the last step before we could start insulating, then the real fun parts start! We’ll keep you posted as it comes together.

Here's a sneak peak at what I'm working on for the last day of the #midsummernightartchallenge set by @legendarylynn and @oliviafaust.art . Its going to take me a few days to finish this one. Really into the last prompt 'Autumn is in the Air' and I'm fitting in loads of tiny details yo this cottage scene. . . Still so much to add. What animals would you like to see in the cottage? I'm deff adding a Fox. And some sort of bird will be pecking the cake by the open fire (her nest is on the mantlepiece with eggs in) . . Planning on doing a coffee wash and adding all the colour on top.
