"I hate how TWN handled 'A Grain of Truth' from The Last Wish. The placement of the story is important IMO, it shows that most characters in The Witcher are often unreliable in their narratives, that The Witcher is not a classic 'fairytale' story, and that Geralt is extremely aware and often knows what's happening before the reader does. It has a very clever setup and payoff. I feel like that gets lost in TWN, the story is shoved in the middle and feels out of place. Ciri being in the story feels shoehorned"

"None of the adaptations or the books are perfect. I'm so tired of the negativity around the Netflix series when largely, the negativity is driven by racist and sexist people. I wish there were more positive fans out there who just enjoyed it for all its faults and all its improvements. It had both in equal measure, as with all versions of the Witcher."
