Since I'm still planning and formulating my master post on my headcanons for Elves I'm posting information about the Elven Calendar and my headcanons for a date system.
Due to the fact that we can find mention of celebrations of Belletyne on sign posts in the Witcher 3 and notable dates have occured around the holidays of the Elven Calendar I have taken it as standard that the continent and Skellige Isles use the Elven Calendar dating system as their means of telling time. Using this information I devised a dating system for the Witcherverse.
Words of Reference: Savaed, Saovine, Midinváerne, Imbaelk, Birke, Belletyne, Midaëte, Lammas, Velen, Yule, Blath, Feainn
Definitions
Savaed - Savaeds are how the system of the calendar is derived, there are 8 savaeds in a year, think of them as the analogous of human months.
Saovine - The New Year, analogous to the real world Samhain Saovine is noted as a time where Banshees wail for the dead. This is one of the four magical holidays and it is considered unlucky for a child to be born during this time, to go into a graveyard during this time, and to play music during this time. The first savaed is named after this holiday. There are 45 days in this savaed.
Midinváerne - Literally meaning "Mid Winter" in Elder Speech it's the holiday that starts off the Savaed of Yule. Midinváerne is the winter solstice and due to being the longest night of the year is considered to be infused with magic.
Imbaelk - analogous with the real world Imbolc this holiday harolds the end of winter. In Elder Speech Imbaelk translates to "sprouting". It's often a time of weather divination, it starts the savaed of the same name there are 42 days in this savaed, I concluded this because it holds the real world month of February which makes it Funkie. This is the second of the magical holidays.
Birke - In Elder Speech Birke translates to birch (as in the tree) and is The spring equinox and starts the savaed of the same name, there are 46 days in this savaed.
Belletyne - Analogous to the real world Beltane the holiday is the third of the four magical holidays and celebrates fertility. It is also known most importantly as the "Blossoming" which while not officially connected to elder speech I've come to decide is derivative of whatever the elder speech word for blossoming is, likely blathatyne. It starts the savaed of Blathe.
Midaëte - Literally translating from Elder Speech as "Mid Summer" it is the Summer Solstice and is used to bless crops and increase Witcher's signs. It kicks off the savaed of Feainn.
Lammas - Analogous to the real world holiday by the same name, Lammas is a harvest festival sometimes called the "Festival of the Scythe". Lammas is the fourth of the four magical holidays and it is said that this holiday is when you're most likely to see the Elven goddess Dana Méadbh. It kicks off the Savaed of the same name and has 47 days in it.
Velen - The Autumn equinox another harvest feast. It marks the beginning of the final savaed by the same name, there are 48 days in this savaed.
Yule - the second savaed of the elven calendar, it has 45 days in it.
Blathe - a name derived from the Elder Speech word for flower "Blath" it's the fifth savaed of the Elven Calendar and has 45 days in it.
Feainn - a name derived from the Elder Speech word for sun it's the sixth savaed of the elven calendar and has 46 days in it.
For dating purposes its good to note that the rule follows as such, 45 days of Saovine, 46 days of Yule, 42 days of Imbaelk, 46 days of Birke, 45 days of Blathe, 46 days of Feainn, 47 days of Lammas, 48 days of Velen.

Each has its own magical association and all have been referenced both in books and in game canon so!!! This is what I use to create dates for the Witcherverse!!!
