So I’ve been getting a lot of queries about what’s good for coughs and colds. This year especially has seen record temperatures drop worldwide. Melody drew this picture of me in the frost on the car this morning. To be honest it’s pretty accurate. I’ve spent most of the weekend in tears with pain and tiredness. This morning after another night of barely any sleep and more mouth pain along with not being able to go to the loo( sorry that was TMI) I’m just feeling very low. The whole house has been ill at some point in the past 3 weeks and I can’t handle it any more. I feel like I’ve not slept a proper nights sleep for months. Let’s hope the germs do one soon.
