When Winona heard about the yule ball she knew she would be attending even if that meant sneaking in. She knew her older and uptight brother, Glenn would be attending to his Prefect duties there so Winona did as she could by putting a dress newly gifted to her by her great aunt and casting colovera to change her plain brown hair into a bright blonde. While many had to take double glances at her, Winona managed to escape Glenn's attention instead having fun with her friends, Astraea Morgan and Io Gordon as they danced together though Winona's gaze lingered often longer at Io and Astraea's watchful eye picking up on it but is keeping her mouth shut for now.

Il massimo esponente del dress code, presente al suo arrivo, quindi la pelliccia voluminosa e fluffy che ha presieduto il look e l’ha, principalmente, riscaldato, è stata riposta nel luogo a lei più consono per rivelare quanto vi è al di sotto, nella sua interezza. Un grazioso satin, probabilmente più lucido del suo futuro, contraddistingue la camicia peculiare che, in un cosmic latte molto invernale, fra drappi e drappeggi elaborati, offre una pregevole quanto parziale vista del torace nudo e dei tatuaggi magici lì presenti – una stella pulsante sullo sterno, in particolare – ed enfatizza non solo l’ampiezza delle spalle, bensì ciò che a dicembre può essere rimasto dell’abbronzatura estiva. È una ventata di sobrietà quanto differenzia i pantaloni neri, sartoriali, più classici, scelti per complimentare sia le gambe sia gli stivaletti eleganti, in pelle di drago, di cui si vedono solo le punte e il tacco minimal, ed anche lo styling insospettabilmente ordinato dei capelli, domati in uno slick back. Esclusi i gemelli a forma di auto da corsa, le novità, nel suo vestiario, non si riscontrano negli accessori: anelli distribuiti su tutte le dita, incluso quello recante lo stemma dei Vasilyevsky, un medaglione aureo al collo e la bacchetta, in una tasca nascosta creata su misura. Ecco, la cosa più ordinaria è il suo essere al fianco di Heaven, a darle il braccio come il bravo cavaliere che sta cercando di essere, anzitutto essendovi graziosamente abbinato, nei colori e nello stile, seppure non negli interessi.

Nyx is all dressed up and, well, as ready as she'll ever be for this year's OC Winterball event. (Hosted by Faebelina on Twitter: https://twitter.com/Faebelina/status/1600867805292769282)

Snow fell gently on the surface of the lake, enveloping the area in a bitter cold. The trees all had a thin layer of white on its sleeping branches, and the only thing that moved was the softly falling snow. 

A faint glow emits from the frozen lake, catching your attention. You wipe away the snow that has pooled on the icy surface, only to find what was glowing underneath the snow was a piece of parchment, unaffected by the wetness of melting snow.

I apologize that last year the Gala could not go on. As many of you know, we have been toiling for the longest time. With the world wiped white, there is little we can do to find joy.

But we must not dwell on what we couldn’t do. We must instead look toward restoring our future, so that joy can grace us once more. With all that being said, I, Queen Vivian le Fae, cordially invite you to the Winter Ball, a ball held in a Reality Marble of my own creation. It is free from the world, where time passes immemorial. I invite you to enjoy winter festivities away from the strain of the world for just a little while.

CASSIDY- “Am I missing something or is there something going on between you and Jackson?”

SYMIA- “Let’s just say that Jack and I have a difference of opinion on some things.”

CASSIDY- “Some things? Or Something?”

SYMIA- “Apparently more things than I realized.  Can we change the subject? I really do not want to focus on Jackson Schrieber tonight.”

CASSIDY- “Wow, must have been a big difference of opinions on those things, whatever they may be...”

SYMIA- “Please,... Cass?”

CASSIDY- “Okay, but sooner or later, you are going to half to talk about it. So the announcement is supposed to be made early tonight instead of waiting all night for the Prince and Princess to be crowned. Apparently due to the snow, they are not waiting.”

SYMIA- “And that’s another thing... Jackson will probably win the Prince title tonight, and If I was to be crowned Princess then we would have to dance together, and I am not wanting to be that close to him.”

CASSIDY- “Whatever it was, it was that bad, huh?”

SYMIA- “Yes.”

CASSIDY- “Well get ready for round two, because he is making his way across the dance floor, headed this way.”

A hoe never gets cold! I hesitated, but in the end I gave in and hopped on the bandwagon. The Winter Ball Charms are too cute, I just had to do it.  I missed drawing my sweet Clara.
