Let's talk about wine education and books today, shall we? Unfortunately it is not enough to only drink and taste wine in order to know more about them but it requires a little bit of reading if we want to talk about a certain bottle and its history and content. I want to show my latest book I had about the subject and want to recommend you as I really enjoy reading it! Drinking & knowing things by Michael Amon @drinkingandknowing is a very easy read and a wine mastercalss if you will with 52 recommendations. There are one wine for every week of the year that you can purchase and taste along the book and these are not the typical choices for sure! An avarage these wines costs around 20€ and really shows some great example of that type of wine. Michael knows his stuff as he travelled around the wine regions of the World and now he is about to get his Master of Wine degree. I have found numerous new information in the book despite my advanced certifications so even if you are in the business for a while this is for you too. I think, I have some shopping to do now beacause there are lots of recs in it that I need to try myself.
