Otro clásico de Málaga, es @elrefectorium iniciado hace 50 años, por Don Francisco Ramírez. Hoy en día está regentado por Belé Curry y Sergio con tres locales: Malagueta, Catedral y Campanario. Sin duda, me quedo con el ubicado en La Catedral por mil motivos.. 1️⃣Gamba cristal con huevo, color blanco , enharinadas u tras un paso de aceite caliente, son crujientes y se comen como pipas, y el huevo le da esa cremosidad. 2️⃣La famosa porra de Antequerana, otro plato mítico malagueño, salmorejo acompañado de huevo cocido, pimiento rojo, jamón ibérico y melva.
