I'm toying with the idea of Valentine's Day: there's a built-in connection to Aphrodite, and even poetry in the form of Hallmark cards :P
Honestly that was the one I was going to fall back on, but I wasn’t sure y’know? There’s not really any date that seems to jump out at me, plus I don’t know if anyone out there has ever done anything like this before? So I’m super hesitant, just because I don’t want to fuck it up. :P
I think you’re the only other person I know of that would be interested in a hero cultus for Sappho so I definitely value your opinion!

I had a dream that two old friends had stopped by for lunch and we were looking at photo albums and talking about nuances of our childhoods. @winebrightruby was traveling the world and visiting every single friend and acquaintance she knew, but her car broke down and was in the neighborhood so she visited while she waited for her vehicle to be serviced. I wish you well on your adventures. @aseariel had decided to visit but showed up in a wheelchair, which was a new development. Please be careful of your spine friend.
