LinkedIn which was created in 2002 was added to the list of World Video Game Hall of Fame in 2019 while Microsoft Solitaire that was first introduced in 1990 was also added to the Hall of Fame. This is one of the all-time favorite games in the generation because of the fun it offers as well as being able to introduce the kids to basic computer skills.
It was originally included in the Windows 3. 0 and soon gained popularity and started being installed on Computers all over the world. As a matter of fact, it has been dubbed in 65 different languages and is today being aired in more than 200 markets, with the exception of Antarctica. The game is uncomplicated, and its gameplay principles are easy to learn; thus, the users could learn how a mouse works, including the drag-and-drop feature.
The World Video Game Hall of Fame is at the National Museum of Play in Rochester, New York, and inducts games that made large impacts to gaming. Such inferences can be made from Solitaire’s induction showing that the game is still hugely popular and has educational benefits as well.
