hi so why does my computer freeze whenever I close task manager, open a new tab, or close something at all?! :)
So my laptop battery is like completely fucked up in a way where if I unplug it, it shuts off completely. Sorta like a desktop pc that has no battery and works by being plugged in would. Which really just sucks. The battery either shows 100 or 0 percent or just nothing. Basically my laptop only works when plugged in, and this did happen quite suddenly with little to no previous battery issues. It's so frustrating for this to end up happening, especially because I really love this laptop. I also often accidentally unplug it and lose everything which absolutely sucks.
