Open a new window somewhere in the world
I went to London. The view was from the upper level of a double decker bus going down Regent Street during the Christmas holiday. I really liked that this view was mobile! The lights were lovely and it was soothing to hear the background noise of light chatter on the bus. How about you? Where did you go?
Day 6. Keeping this up, but today it sure wasn't easy. If you need a bit of escapism and a change in view, I just found Window Swap. I spent some time looking at tropical rain through a window in Kuala Lumpur this evening.

Lately I’ve discovered this website called ‘window swap’ where you can open a ‘window’ somewhere in the world and I find it extremely relaxing, so far I’ve studied while being in a cozy city in Germany, in a study room with a cat in Russia and in this lovely garden patio in Vietnam.
It really help to break the monotony of your own study space :))

I’ve seen a few people talking about this, but it feels like it hasn’t really been embraced by Tumblr yet, which is a shame because I feel like everyone should know about it!
This website is literally just videos people took looking out their windows. For as long as you like you can sit and watch someone else’s view. You can also take your own video and submit it if you like!
There is something seriously calming about the whole thing.
The windows are random so you can just keep hitting the button until you find one you like, but honestly, I haven’t seen any ‘bad’ windows or even any boring ones. There is always something interesting to focus on.
When I’m working on my computer, I tend to have a windowswap tab open that I can switch over to when I need a break, or need to refocus or just breathe a moment.
