I feel like the science fiction community doesn't know about it and it rocks so hard. It's a game about looting as a spaceship crew to fight other spaceships. It's amazing.
The art direction is super fun, colourful and iconic and the gameplay loop is so much fun.

Really happy to see this game finally getting to see the light of day. I had the honor of doing the level design for a significant number of the spaces in this game. I truly adore this game and really hope as many people get to play it and enjoy it as much as I did. Sal is the best character to play as, end of story, thank you so much for coming to my ted talk :P Congratulations to all the talented people I got to work on this game with <3
🎂 Wildgate celebrates its first anniversary, but it's the last major update, Moonshot Games shifts to rare minor fixes due to low metrics. Starting July 22, freebies: a title and sprays. Gameplay gets sensor beacons, "Support Beacons" in Treasure Hunt mode, and the "Hare" mechanic to steal loot. Lobbies are more flexible, perks are clearer. The game stays on sale, just on life support.
Wildgate stops getting major updates from July, the hero shooter failed to find its audience, devs at Moonshot Games shift the team to new projects. Last big patch lands this summer, followed only by minor fixes; servers stay on, game still sold, no layoffs, staff move to unannounced titles. 🤷
