Shadowmask is a lanky black molly with sleek, thick fur, bright orange eyes, and huge feathered black, brown, and white wings like a Bateleur Eagle.

Personality: Shadowmask is a fierce molly, not afraid to speak her mind, and is easily irritated. She has little patience for most, and is a fast flier and good diver, though her close combat fighting skills honestly need some work. She enjoys exploring, and spends much of her free time just drifting on updrafts, her head literally in the clouds. She’s determined and take charge, which can put her at odds with other catwings.

History:

Shadowkit and Barkkit were born to Ravenwisp, but Barkkit was very weak right from the beginning and died after only a few sunrises. Shadowkit was apprenticed to Quailfur, one of the oldest warriors in MoorClan, and trained diligently under them. Shadowpaw earned her name of Shadowmask when she was 14 moons old. She was a great flier and aerial fighter, though her combat skills in general and especially in th ground are only average. Ravenwisp died suddenly, leaving Shadowmask without any close kin, and Quailfur died of Greencough last leafbare.

Ghost Files has over one hundred million views on YouTube!

This total doesn't include Debrief episodes. If you include those then Ghost Files has over 127 million views! No matter which way you look at it, this is the most popular series on the channel.

The series premiered September 23, 2022 and the first episode, "The Death Tunnel of Waverly Hills Sanatorium", has gained almost 10 million views on its own.

It's been quite a year, full of great content and several milestones in the Watcher fandom!

On YouTube we had the premiere of Ghost Files Alone (and Alone Together), as well as full seasons of Puppet History, Top 5 Beatdown, Are You Scared, two seasons each of Mystery Files and Ghost Files, and a special season of Too Many Spirits! We also started getting live content with recordings of Get Scared! and Ghost Files Debrief as well as new shows on Watcher TV.

January 10th: Watcher celebrated their fifth anniversary on YouTube and lots of fans shared their top 5 Watcher shows with us

April 2nd: Watcher started following our Wiki tumblr account!

April 17th: New show Drink To That! premieres on the streamer (WTV Exclusive)

April 21st: Pod Watcher rebranded to Get Scared!

April 22nd: Ghost Files made their network TV premiere on an episode of the ABC series "The Rookie"

May 1st: The ASA channel premiered their new food series

June 13th: New show Screaming Room premieres on the streamer (WTV Exclusive)

June 19th: Watcher went to VidCon and recorded a live episode of Get Scared!

July 15th: Ryan and Shane livestreamed from the Sorrel-Weed House while filming Ghost Files Alone Together

August 16th: Ryan and Shane hosted a panel at Midsummer Scream

September 3rd: Watcher's YouTube channel hit 3,000,000 subscribers!!

October 16th: Wiki tumblr reached 300 followers!

October 20th: 100th Episode of Get Scared/Pod Watcher aired

Watcher's newest series premiered on December 24, 2025 on Watcher TV. The ''History Contingency Tapes'' is a spin-off of Puppet History and will air monthly throughout 2026.

The WatcherWiki page for the series has been created, but contains spoilers for the concept of the series as well as the finale of Season Seven of Puppet History, if you haven't seen it yet.

All of Watcher's shows that are centered around food content: Homemade, Grocery Run, Dish Granted, Worth a Shot, Eat Like Me, Food Files, Travel Season, and Andrew, Steven and Adam - plus a few one-offs for fun! - have been added to a new playlist which will be updated as new videos are released.

Usually we report on things that have already happened or are guaranteed to happen, but wanted to make a post about what we do and don't know for the rest of 2025 to try and guess what could be coming later this year.

Any dates listed are for Watcher TV airdates - YouTube is one month later

Ghost Files, along with shows like Evidence Room, Road Files, and Ghost Files Debrief will air 4 episodes beginning April 18th, the 16th week of the year. It will take eight weeks to air all episodes of this mini season, ending June 6, 2025.

Ghost Files will also air another 6 episodes later this year in the fall (dates TBA) that will be 12 weeks of releases.

Mystery Files is also expected to air another 6 episodes in 2025 (dates TBA) for a total of six weeks (Pod Watcher #055 is when Steven mentioned both GF and MF having two seasons this year).

This leaves 11 weeks left in the year and we don't know what Watcher could be planning to release!

Most of Watcher's shows have four or six episode seasons, so it could be another two shows to fill these spots with maybe a one-off added in.

Fingers crossed that those weeks could be filled by some food content from Steven, Andrew, and Adam! Or maybe a new season of Too Many Spirits or more Are You Scared, since those seem easier to produce. Survival Mode is also a possibility. There could also be a pop culture trivia one-off video in the works, since Meredith asked for Q's on the Wiscord, but no airdate has been announced and not sure if that would be a Watcher TV exclusive or not.
