umm, hi! re the "are they real gods?" question in your post i just had a sudden epiphany. we just dont know what gods are, even ananke is not so sure. so i thought, what if the difference in feelings, that cass is still cass and ammy no longer feels like hazel, what if it's sort of placebo effect? like only if you believe it. ammy waited all her life to be special and thus she believes she's no longer herself and is some kind of different being. but cass is cynical and sees divinity as bullshit

My greatest hope for the 1920s WicDiv Pantheon is that it wasn't centered on a single location (it was such a cosmopolitan era!) and the death gods are based on the Russian Futurists. Depending on which 2 years of the 20s the Recurrence covers, it could very well overlap with the all-too-brief period when the Soviet Union led the world in gender equality and sexual freedom. As well as competitive poetry shouting matches.
If I die before getting answers in wicdiv, I need kierongillen to sacrifice spoilers on an altar somewhere so they'll meet me in the afterlife.
