Some fun facts from a chronically ill person (Please note: My experience is not universal.  Everyone is different):

Some days you just wake up sore!  It doesn’t have to have a reason behind it.  You may do nothing and wake up the next day feeling achey.

Some days you have energy.  You use said energy and are completely wiped out the next day or even later the same day.  Your energy levels are not that of how they should function.  A shower can sometimes wipe you out completely or you can do a grocery shopping trip and be fine.  No day is going to be like the other.  Sometimes you can do the thing, other times you can’t.  Your body is the one that makes the rules and it isn’t you, no matter how much you would like to think otherwise.

For me.  My joints are essentially Gumby.  I can pop things out of place and back into place pretty easily.  Much easier than the average human body.  

Migraines are the worst.  I have chronic migraines and with that I have developed coping mechanisms.  I can still go to work while I have a migraine but I will be so much more sluggish, squinty, and, generally, grumpy.  Sometimes they’re triggered by light, sounds, smells, existing.  

I feel like I live as a whumpee every so often.
