well. the cat’s outta the bag.
I've seen everything personified but...
the white oak tree (the tree its self...)
elijah's ring (did everyone forget about it?)
blood, (tatia's blood? just blood in general.)
esther's magic (i mean come on.)
I need to stop giving people ideas.
but that's my musings tbh.

DONE.
What did you thing of the Hunger Games? You finished it recently, right?
Yup! I finished the trilogy about a week ago.
Warning: spoilers below
I'm quite surprised by just how much I became engrossed in the world of Panem. I went through it rather quickly, and thoroughly enjoyed most of it. I mean, there were plenty of things that I think that weren't quite to my taste, (mainly the love triangle, insomuch that I found both Gale and Peeta to be rather stand-up dudes, so I couldn't root for one over the other nor invest much in Katniss' romantic emotions). And while I was super impressed by most of the cliffhangers/twists that ended every single chapter, others were super obvious to me (ie. Coin's death, I thing I literally said "duh" out loud). Plus, the pacing of nearly every storyline was super-duper strange to me, and often rather jarring.
Whoops, sorry for sounding like a negative Nancy. Because yes, overall, I really did love 'em. Twas an incredibly rich world with loads of intriguing characters and a lovely writing style that was both complex and simple. I was pretty skeptical (page one, I saw first-person present tense and almost gagged), but thank you tumblr for encouraging me to go for it! I'm not usually a huge fan of film adaptions, but I'm quite excited for this one - mostly since I imagined the entire cast as the characters will reading it.
