“All For A Sword,” a Warhammer 2e scenario for 3 players in Tortured Souls! 7, March 1985, by PE Kill with Tim Jeffs illustration. Each issue of TS! included 4 adventures, mostly for AD&D and D&D, sometimes for Runequest or Tunnels & Trolls, and occasionally for Warhammer battles. This scenario calls for mixed forces, like many of GW’s published campaigns in the ‘80s, with humans and dwarves battling orcs, ogres, chaos warriors, goblins, and dark elves.
Are there any other oldhammer campaigns besides McDeath?
Blood Bath at Orc’s Drift (1985) has 4 scenarios with orcs vs elves, dwarves, and humans, and Terror of the Lichemaster (1986) has 3 linked battles pitting undead against dwarves and humans with some special leader characters on both sides. Both box sets include 2e unit stats, cardstock figures, and cardstock buildings. The Blood on the Streets Village Pack (1984) also was full of card buildings and some paper figures, though the scenario book seems geared to RPG play, with NPC stats theoretically compatible with 2e miniatures units.
