Going through old art and I couldn't not do a redraw this drawing I did at like 11 years old. Something that doesn't show in pictures is how fast I can draw now, and how much less laborious it feels to put ideas on paper now that I'm not suffering so much. I didn't have the privilege of attending art school but by studying work I love and drawing AND most importantly prioritizing my health taking care of myself and finding safe supportive people who encourage me, through that I've improved.
