I work at a public library and it was my shift on the desk. A regular patron came in who has a lot of issues with her back and legs. She's recently lost her son and on top of that she fell and hurt her good leg. Anyway she was browsing when another one of our regular patrons pointed out that her shoe was untied but instead of continuing on his way he bent down and tied her shoe for her. Sweetest thing I've witnessed in a long time.
