Can’t tell you how proud I was to find that middle picture. Only to immediately have this filter kinda cover up why (green/blue). They’re hard to board for given the elusiveness of Chris’ face but we persevere.
The bros that kiss in between falling apart and coming back together regularly.
Probably a lot of check ins from Chris and stress around this time. Not because of Christmas but because of winter. Josh gets antsy and angry, Chris is trying not to be conflict avoidant…
And in the end they’re just tired and end up trading stories about Hannah and Beth, drink a little and open gifts. Chris hates shopping for Josh because what do you even get a rich boy? Until they started dating he made it a weird thing to try and get him the worst most memorable gift every year instead. But now it’s like… he’s a romantic and he wants to do good by Josh.
And Josh… just knows him too well and has the money to splurge on his favorite person. He also goes all out every year to make up for his attitude. He buys gifts more often than he apologizes.
They’re working on a lot.
