I got my referral to the special psychologist and I'm hoping I'll finally get my GIC referral following this... But even then, I'm looking at at least 15 months to get my first appointment.

GP was lovely, though she did say that they tend not to bridge hormone therapy because it’s not their speciality. I will be going to get some bloods done, however, because of cholesterol levels and also ask to be referred to the endocrinologist anyway and see what they say. The locum that I originally saw scanned in all my documents for my GP and wrote her a letter outlining the appointment. She also referred me for my primary mental health assessment (yay, Wales) so I should have that in be next month or so

So I’m heading to the doctors tomorrow to find out what’s happening with my psych referral, drop some NHS documentation off to educate my GP and inquire about endocrinologist blood tests to see if I can get a head start on T with bridging therapy.
