â  ---  just keep your eyes on me. â   Gently fingers brush through Maryâs hair, giving her something to focus on. Maerose pushed her own worry aside, features gentle as she looked at the other woman; there was no need to startle her any more than she already was for sure. So she keeps running her fingers through her hair instead, also a great way to hide her trembling hands.   â Iâd like it if you stayed. â   Forever, would have been something she wanted to add if it had been a different situation. Right now she just wanted her to stay the night, stay with her so she could keep an eye on the other woman.   ...   @wellwardâ

â i associate love with red  - the colour of my heart when sheâs dead. red in my mind when the jealousy flies,  red in my eyes from emotional  ties. âÂ
@wellward      â   so how about you let me show you around?  â   /   meme. Â
â  you know  -  iâd really like that. itâs kind of you to offer, mary.  â  you say her name with a smile, eyes brightening with all two syllables. you may have only just met her but already you can tell sheâs a woman to trust. a good friend to have while youâre so far away from home.  â iâm here visiting an old friend from college but she has a family, i kind of feel like iâm in the way.  â   which is why sheâs here alone, in a bar, with no company in sight. well, no company other than this lovely mary she had become fast friends with.  â i know itâs getting late but perhaps you could show me a few places now? how about a few new bars? or a liquor shop where we can buy some good whiskey and i can invite you up to my hotel room. â  you cringe at how crass that sounds and shake your head, planning to rectify it.  â thereâs a record player in my room and a good selection of vinyls. we can sit, chat - listen to some good music. i want to get to know you, if youâll allow me.  â
wellward replied to your post âhey greys anatomy fans, imma be controversial and say that Erica Hahn...â
i LOVED erica hahn it was a crime how she was treated by the show
yeah! like i donât know why when i was younger i hated her or that leaves speech.. (which i mean,,,,, coming out as a lesbian now? it All Makes Sense). like ok her and callie both made mistakes but i donât think one was worse than the other (and also? calzona fans need to accept that w/o erica, Callie wouldnât be who she is now lmao).

her feet take her to the school without any need of attention on her part ââ 10 years of going to parent-teacher meetings on her own ( because zelda would probably burst into flames if she stepped into a place like this, full of mortals, it seems ) had granted her the same muscle memory that centuries of knitting had given her ââ holding the baskett carefully not to move it too much and ruin her cake.
it was not her good old truth cake, although part of her wanted to bring it so she could know for sure what the woman knew or not, sadly but a regular carrot cake with chocolate frosting that she had slipped a couple of droplets of a soothing draught ------ and that hilda would try to use as a distraction while she came to check on ms wardwell and maybe give sabrina a ride home so she wouldnât have to walk ( well, technically speaking she did not have to walk back home at all, she could easily teleport herself but how else would harvey take her home if she didnât ? of course ââ she wasnât daft to point that out to her niece, there was enough teen angst as it was ).
the aftermath of their encounter with the pagan coven was still very fresh on hilda ââ especially the whole spider thing; somehow, she knew she could never look at her familiars the same way anymore, no matter how many flowered patterns they made on their webs to cheer her up or how many dream catchers they made, she still felt an unpleasant feeling run down her spine as they moved.
shaking these foolish thoughts away ( despite what was said of her, she was a proper witch, couldnât afford to be afraid of her own familiars now, could she ? ), made her way through the corridors, searching her memory as to where ms meeks had told her the former principal would be and heading there.
there were still a couple of minutes before the class was dismissed and, as such, hilda decided to wait patiently by the door instead of knocking and interrupting her ââ she could have easily tried to schedule a meeting with her via ms meeks, as the secretary had suggested, but that would make her lose the element of surprise, and she would need it most now.
through years of taming her emphatic abilities, hilda has found that the best ways to find an honest emotion and thoughts was to surprise them ââ either by waking them up or making a sudden visit, like the one she was doing now ââ  although her readings will most likely be weak for she was mainly a touch empath, she still hoped she would be able to feel a hint of suspicious thoughts if they were there at all.
as the students started to leave ( not sabrinaâs class, it seems ), hilda waited another couple of minutes, glancing down at the soothing cake she had made this very morning ( and may or may not made sure that zelda ate at least a whole piece of it before leaving for the academy, if not for her own sake but for the sake of her sisterâs blood pressure ), before she knocked on the open door gently, as if trying not to scare her  ââ leaning in slightly so her head could be seen as she greeted the woman:
â ah ââ  ms wardwell ? hi there ! hilda, sabrinaâs aunt. i was wondering if perhaps we could talk for a bit ? â she asked, taking a tentative step into the classroom ââ  the woman had been possessed by a high ranked demon for months, and had been brought back by that very same demon they now had as deity, it was possible that there could be some after effects of that on her psyche; mortals were, after all, a bit more frail and delicate than witches in these matters, worlds apart from the stone, strong, coldness most witches were known to possess. â i know i havenât scheduled anything beforehand and parents-teacher meeting are yet to come but ------ i already was in town...and i got some cake, if youâd like ? i promise that's not a bribe for you to raise sabrina's grades...â well, not yet... the witch grinned warmly in a half hearted fashion.

Tophel had been watching for quite a while, ever since the woman had been returned to life. Some people were good at forgetting such things, repressing memories to the point that that it didnât even make it into nightmares. This one however, she did not appear to have that gift. With that in mind it was only right to say something, and attempt to fix a little of what her stupid brotherâs scheming had done.
âYouâre definitely not going insane. Honestly it probably wouldnât be as hard on you if you were. Madness can be easier to process...in fact itâs usually a side-effect.â For once she calm, something most thought beyond her, but the teacher needed guidance, and impulsive actions would do her no good. Besides, the fallen was more than than she appeared, always had been.
âIâve got answers...if you want them.â
@wellwardâ gets a starter for Mary
âI cannot begin to tell you how much I missed you.â The witch absentmindedly ran her fingers through the brunetteâs hair as if it was the most mesmerizing thing in the whole of existence. Few were privileged enough to see her like this, caring, gentle; though she wouldnât deny that Mary brought out even more of it. âMary ... You would tell me if something was wrong, wouldnât you? You wouldnât lock me out.â The question was almost desperate. Maerose swallowed hard, afraid of how everything was affecting her, of the harm she could do to her.
