A short ode to lemons
all it needs is a little squeeze
a slice , no matter if it´s thin or thick
you freshen up, oh, every drink.

My future
My future is in a casket.
Cold, dead, unfeeling.
Free.
Worms become my friend.
Eating, Feasting, Freeing.
And I will be part of worm.
In heart, in blood, in mind.
I will be the pieces it will live on.
Then it dies.
But we're still here.
We're alwayd still here.
Among the tendrils of the Earth.
Forever.
And ever.
Never going.
Never leaving.
Always here.
If I wobble
And time gets dizzy
I dream of you
The “Body” of Categories
Categories like “man” and “woman”, “black” and “white” “caucasoid” or “negroid” or “mongoloid”, or “intersex” or “hermaphrodite”, etc. all these Categories connote certain “sorts of bodies”... either they are “sexed” in particular ways, or perhaps “racialised” in particular ways...
But then there are still categories like “Christian” and “Buddhist” and “Muslim” and “Jew” and “Hare Krishna” and “Sikh” and “Tribal” and “animistic” and “shamanic” and “Pagan” etc.
each of which connote their own Physicalised set of characteristics... context-specific, of course, but there is a sense that, in the Australian context, for example, that Christians are white, Buddhists are Asian (and/or also white), Muslims are black and brown and exotic white reverts, Jews are mostly European-heritage, and so on.
these are the “Bodies” of religious people, communities, their “sensibility” in how they occupy space and time in my mind, how these physicalised connotations themselves have further implications... how a religion is gendered or racialised then impacts on how I choose to interact/engage or not, whether I feel adequate/competent/confident in my relationship to it or not.
Complexity on the other side of simplicity, becoming Simple again, the Category is not Other than the Body.

You & I Know Better Than Anyone Else How We Get Along. How Well We Get Along, How We Get Along Better Than Anybody Else. Ever.
This nagging pain pulls at me like a toddler, demanding attention. I want to surgically remove that part of me that doesn't work, is broken, was taken from me, yet lurks like a stray cat yowling at the moon.
