You are given a size-able amount of land by your wealthy uncle ( ~20 hectares). Upon checking, you realize that the area has the following features:
1. It is highly arable (good for agriculture).
2. It is abundant in mineral deposits.
3. It is found in prime land ( good for commercial use)
4. It has fresh, clean river passing though it.
What will you do with the land?

First of all, I’ll build my own house, a large one to fit my family within the house.
second, I would build my self a farm but not a barn, so i could grow my own crops feed myself and my family. Third I would advertise that my land is good for commercial use and good for mining. So, to increase my family’s financial status, i would invest a part of my land to commercial use because allot of people like showbiz and other stuff. for the mineral deposits I can tell the mayor of the land but in the future, the government will ask us to leaves because a certain “invaluable” mineral was found in my land so no i wont let any mining companies disrupt my home.
