This is a lot more writing than I usually do because I found a fun new hack called get obsessed with a book series and bribe yourself with a chapter per hour of writing. It worked great, until I ran out of things to write and promptly spent the next few days Just reading. Oops.
I finished the script for episode 2 this week! Or at least, I think I did. It’s tentative since it’s just the second draft and that’s way too easy, but I’m really proud of how it came together. That thing was a MESS in the plotting stage. My door is still covered in sticky notes of key moments trying to get them to all flow together.
The “other” was talking to beta readers. I’d like to get some outside opinions from readers that aren’t my friends, but I’m not sure if anyone would want to given you need the context of episode 1…
That little bit of drawing represents quite a lot, actually. I made almost all the thumbnails for the inserts. That is, until I added more because it was too empty :’)
