This weekly planner has a mini calendar to help you keep track of the dates.

Day 1 introduction- what does your oc look like?

Day 2 quirk- what is their quirk? 

Day 3 affiliation- good guy or bad guy?

Day 4 background- why are they with that current affiliation?

Day 5 attire- super hero/villain/vigilante outfit?

Day 6 discovery- when and how did they first discover their quirk or lack of?

Day 7 domestic- regular lifestyle?

Day 8 viewpoint- their opinion on heroes, villains, and society

Day 9 allies & enemies- who are their allies and enemies

Day 10 relationship- choose five characters and describe you oc’s relationship with them

Day 11 ranks- what is your oc’s rankings

Day 12 outfit swap!- switch their outfit with someone

Day 13 bad day- bad day, how does your oc cope?

Day 14 in time- your oc in ten years or ten years ago

Day 15 switch up- your as a villain( or a hero if they are already bad)

Day 16 Fear- your oc’s greatest fear

Day 17 quirk swap- swap your oc’s quirk with another character’s

Day 18 training- your oc training or fighting

Day 19 hobbies- what does your oc do for fun?

Day 20 relationship 2- choose ten NEW characters to describe your oc’s relationship with

Day 21 Clothes!- show your oc in formal, sleepwear, swimsuit, and casual clothes

Day 22 AUs- your oc in any MHA au of your choice

Day 23 birthday- how does your oc celebrate their birthday and when is it?

Day 24 snow- your oc out in the snow

Day 25 Christmas- it’s Christmas! how does your oc celebrate?

Hi! If your dog has the necessary skills and socialization needed for service work, then her breed and age should be of no bearing.  The best thing to do would be to find a professional trainer to evaluate her. Not many dogs have what it takes to become a service dog, so working with a professional trainer from the very beginning can help save you the heartbreak of having to wash her out in the end. 

For tasks, I always recommend writing a list of all the ways your disability limits your life. Next to that list, try to brainstorm a task that a dog can be trained to perform to help mitigate it. If you are having trouble, here’s a brief list of things service dogs can be trained to do which help mitigate the effects of autism:

Medication reminder at a certain time of day

Bring medication to alleviate symptoms

Bring a beverage so human partner can swallow medication

Bring the emergency phone during a crisis

Provide tactile stimulation to disrupt emotional overload (face licking, nudging, rubbing up against handler, etc)

Provide deep pressure for calming effect

Assist handler to leave an area by finding exit

Crowd control (body blocking, “guarding,” reverse heeling, etc)
