Ingredients: 4 whole wheat burger buns. 4 large eggs. 4 slices of turkey bacon. 1 avocado, sliced. 1 tomato, sliced. 1 cup spinach leaves. 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese. Salt and pepper to taste. Cooking spray.
Instructions: Set the oven to 350F 175C and heat it up. In a skillet over medium-low heat, cook the turkey bacon until it is crispy while the oven heats up. Take it off and let it dry on paper towels. Put the whole wheat burger buns on a baking sheet and cut them in half. Toast them in an oven that has already been heated for five minutes, or until they are just beginning to brown. Use the same pan that you used for the bacon and spray it with cooking spray. Then crack the eggs into the pan. In a medium-sized pan, cook the eggs until the whites are set and the yolks are still soupy. Add pepper and salt to taste. Put a handful of spinach leaves on the bottom half of each toasted bun before putting the burgers together. Put some turkey bacon, tomato, and avocado on top of the spinach. For each burger, put a cooked egg on top of the avocado slices. Put cheddar cheese shreds on top of the eggs, and then put the top half of the toasted bun on top of that.
