Ingredients: 1/2 cup rolled oats. 1 cup water. 1/2 avocado, sliced. 1 cup chopped kale leaves. 1 tablespoon hemp seeds. 1 tablespoon chia seeds. 1 tablespoon unsweetened almond milk. Salt and pepper, to taste.
Instructions: In a small saucepan, bring the water to a boil. Stir in the rolled oats and reduce the heat to low. Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the oats are tender and creamy. While the oats are cooking, heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the chopped kale leaves and cook for 2-3 minutes, or until wilted. Once the oats are cooked, transfer them to a bowl. Top the oats with sliced avocado, wilted kale, hemp seeds, and chia seeds. Drizzle the unsweetened almond milk over the top. Season with salt and pepper, to taste.
