Habit 2: Sleep A NORMAL person loves sleep. +- 10h is enough for the perfect rest! So if you have school or work you should probs be in bed by 8 to wake at 5 to 6 am. On the weekend it could go to sleep at 10 to wake 7 to 8 am.
I sleep about 9 but on weekends 7 hours a night. :/
