every recipe i see for it involves marinating it and pressing all the liquid out of it like a. if they want firm tofu they should just,,,, buy it and b. honestly!!! there are SO MANY ways to make tofu delicious (see: stinky!) and yet. they do not. first they pretend they invented it and then they make it taste bad. why.

i talked about it w my mom and she was like ‘yeah, they’re all just messing around in taiwan now’ and she stops and goes ‘wait............ our family does that too. i guess we’re also just messing around’ 😂
